3D Charting Toolkit 7.0 was released on Jul 22, 2002. The current version will run on Windows 95, 98, Me, 2000, NT, XP. Additional system requirements for 3D Charting Toolkit include Memory Required: 16MB Minimum, 32MB Recommended.
