3wGet description:

3wGet is the software for downloading files from the Internet. It allows you to accelerate speed of downloading in 3-5 times or more and it can resume downloading if some error occur. With 3wGet you can easily manage your downloads, schedule them, automatically dial up/hang up, perform virus check on downloaded files, etc.
With 3wGet you can easily download a plenty of files with similar names (e.g. img01.jpg, img02.jpg,...).
You can use 3wGet for downloading entire websites to have an opportunity to browse these websites not being connected to the Internet or if server is not accessible.
3wGet supports integration into Internet Explorer 4.x-6.x and all Internet Explorer based browsers, Opera 6.x-7.x and Netscape 6.x-7.x. 3wGet has several network usage modes which allows you to adjust speed of downloading. This allows you to browse the Internet or play online games and download files at the same time.

3wGet 1.5 was released on Jan 5, 2004. The current version will run on Windows 95, 98, Me, 2000, XP.

3wGet is a shareware. You will be able to use the evaluation version available for download during a limited period, after what you will have to buy the full version to continue to use 3wGet.
