A multifunctional color picker that makes selecting color an easy task.
You can enter the color in decimal, hexadecimal, select it from the palette, capture it
from the current screen, or paste it to or from the clipboard.
It fully supports web safe colors by finding the closest to the current and displaying
the pallete. You can make, save or load your custom palette. All this and more - freeware.

Add Color 2.3 was released on Nov 1, 2000. The current version will run on Windows 95, 98, 2000, NT. Additional system requirements for Add Color include PC 486 DX4.

Add Color is a freeware. That means that you will not have to pay to be able to use it.
