ADEX Shares is a COM component that enables application developers of Microsoft technology to get the list of Shares and Files and their permissions. It has been developed using Microsoft ATL, providing users fast access to the file system. The ADEX Shares Object Model is designed to provide programmers an intuitive interface to the file system.

ADEX Shares 3.0 was released on Jan 1, 2001. The current version will run on Windows 2000, NT, XP. Additional system requirements for ADEX Shares include PII 450 with 64 MBRAM / Windows NT / 2000 / XP.

ADEX Shares is a commercial software. You will be able to use the evaluation version available for download during a limited period, after what you will have to buy the full version to continue to use ADEX Shares.
