AprCalc description:

A feature-rich mortgage amortization program with a polished user interface. Includes many new features and enhancements. Enter any three figures - the amount financed, payment term, interest rate, or payment amount - and AprCalc will compute the fourth. Does amortizations for fixed, variable, Canadian, biweekly, and other types of mortgages, and compounds daily, weekly, bi-weekly, half-monthly, four-weekly, bi-monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually. Annual subtotals can be displayed and printed. Professional quality printouts can be created, and registered users can customize the program with their own logo and text. AprCalc is a shareware. You will be able to use the evaluation version available for download during a limited period, after what you will have to buy the full version to continue to use AprCalc.
