Audubon Close Up description:

31 charming and sometimes dramatic pictures focus in on the exquisite detail of 10 of Audubon's plates of nesting birds and fledglings from "Birds of America". Nesting habitats are shown in detail and scenes include Woodpeckers feeding fledglings and Mocking Birds defending the nest against a Rattlesnake. The Audubon Close Up Series is designed to allow you to experience a close-up look at the plates, just as if you were turning the pages of the original Havell Elephant Folio Edition of "Birds of America", and focusing in on sections of the huge page. You can set the timing and transistions between images.

Audubon Close Up 1.0 was released on Sep 22, 2002. The current version will run on Windows 95, 98, 2000. Additional system requirements for Audubon Close Up include 800x600 screen resolution, minimum 16 bit color.
