Auto Mail automates Outlook Express to respond to any e-mail messages with your own custom message. Create your own response by opening a text file and/or typing a response in the Auto Mail Wizard also paste text from the clippboard.Text files can be created, opened or saved directly from the Auto Mail wizard or use any text editor. Auto mail will process messages from any Outlook folder. Process the whole folder or a single message any number of messages. Once setup Auto Mail will run completly unattended. The setup to automate responses easily can be done in under 30 seconds. Auto Mail includes options to send and receive messages thru Outlook Express once the messages are processed and can either delete messages once processed or leave them as they are. So if you simply want to send a simple reply message now and write a personal return message later you can do so. Or if all the messages just need a reply and then to be sent to the deleted folder this option is available. Auto Mail is designed in a easy to use Wizard format. Simply follow the easy steps and select the options desired as guided by the step by step Wizard process. Quick to use with little or no learning curve. Each step of the wizard setup process includes short meaningful directions and is well documented. There are Step by Step instructions thru out the short setup process. Once setup is complete Auto Mail will process the mail messages completly unattended. The process can also be paused and settings can be changed at any time. When closed the custom message or form letter placed in the wizard is automatically saved and reopened the next time Auto Mail is used. So if you never loose your current message. You may also save and open messages directly in the wizard, even messages created in another text editor.

Auto Mail 1.0 was released on Feb 26, 2001. The current version will run on Windows 98, Me, 2000, NT. Additional system requirements for Auto Mail include Pentium 200 or faster, 32Mb RAM, Sound Card.

Auto Mail is a shareware. You will be able to use the evaluation version available for download during a limited period, after what you will have to buy the full version to continue to use Auto Mail.
