CryptaFlix is a video player for Windows with encryption capabilities for DivX, Xvid, and other AVI formats including most MPEG-4 movies. Protect your video collection from unauthorized viewing with strong 256-bit password protection using the Advanced Encryption Standard (AES). On-the-fly decryption during playback eliminates the need for temporary files. Create self-playing videos that can be viewed by anyone with the applicable password. CryptaFlix also plays MPG videos.

CryptaFlix 1.11 was released on Feb 23, 2007. The current version will run on Windows 98, Me, 2000, NT, XP. Additional system requirements for CryptaFlix include Windows Media Player 6.4 or later, DirectX 8 or later.

CryptaFlix is a shareware. You will be able to use the evaluation version available for download during a limited period, after what you will have to buy the full version to continue to use CryptaFlix.
