CsXImage description:

This ActiveX / OCX control displays, resizes, edits and joins images. It supports JPG, GIF, BMP, PNG, PCX, PSD, TIFF and WBMP files and can convert between them. Images can be exported to PDF. You can create thumbnails and change JPG compression quality to reduce the size required for storage. Multi page TIFF images are supported. Add text labels, draw lines and shapes with optional colour fills or antialiasing. Crop, Rotate, Flip and FloodFill commands available. Images can be joined by pasting one on top of another with optional full or partial transparency of the foreground image. Alpha channels in PNG images are supported. Adjust brightness, contrast, sharpness, hue, saturation and colour depth. Adjustments can be made to the whole image or just a selected area. Import and export data from file, binary stream from a database, from a remote server, a scanner or the clipboard. Images can be uploaded to a web server as an HTTP post. Read and edit meta data (IPTC text) in JPG and TIFF images. Extract and edit EXIF attributes. Includes events for the mouse and methods for printing and a zoom function. A signed CAB file is available when used as a client side control. The free trial includes a sample VB application.

CsXImage 3.4 was released on Feb 8, 2009. The current version will run on Windows 95, 98, Me, 2000, NT, XP. Additional system requirements for CsXImage include Win 95 or later.

CsXImage is a commercial software. You will be able to use the evaluation version available for download during a limited period, after what you will have to buy the full version to continue to use CsXImage.
