Dead Mobsters 1.0 was released on May 24, 2004. The current version will run on Windows 95, 98, Me, 2000, NT, XP. Additional system requirements for Dead Mobsters include PII 266 Processor 32 MB RAM SoundCard.

Dead Mobsters is a freeware. That means that you will not have to pay to be able to use it.
