Dictionary 1.0 was released on Jan 1, 2005. The current version will run on Windows 98, Me, 2000, NT, XP.

Dictionary is a freeware. That means that you will not have to pay to be able to use it.

Size of Dictionary 1.0 download is less than 24 Kb. DSL users will only need one minute to achieve the download, when 2 minutes may be required when using a 56k modem. (See below to download Dictionary 1.0).
