SkimPuzzle is a nice and addictive game of the Restore-Picture puzzles type. Playing SkimPuzzle is very smooth, dynamic and competitive. The goal of the game is to restore a picture from a shuffled mix of its' rectangular pieces, spending as little time and making as little moves as possible. The game has many varations of rules. Most of them yield rather tactical than puzzling playing with its own score for each variation. You can though choose a more comprehensive partitioning and to switch off aid options to get a more traditional mode of playing.
The real challenge of this game is to find an optimal way to reorder a mess of fragments into whole picture. This includes not only an optimal route for a piece to it's place but also tactics and even distinguishable strategy of playing.
SkimPuzzle is the best way of playing with really beautiful pictures. Just try the registered version of the game with your favorite wallpapers and you will discover a new dimension in them.

SkimPuzzle 1 was released on Jun 17, 2005. The current version will run on Windows 95, 98, Me, 2000, NT, XP. Additional system requirements for SkimPuzzle include Windows 98/2000/XP.

SkimPuzzle is a shareware. You will be able to use the evaluation version available for download during a limited period, after what you will have to buy the full version to continue to use SkimPuzzle.
