Exportizer description:

Viewing, editing, filtering, copying, exporting database (DB, DBF, TXT, CSV, etc.) to clipboard or file (XLS, RTF, XML, HTML, TXT, CSV, DBF) with full command line support. Many options allow full control over output. Includes several useful functions for data manipulating and bookmarking.

Exportizer 3.6 was released on Apr 1, 2006. The current version will run on Windows 95, 98, Me, 2000, NT, XP.

Exportizer is a freeware. That means that you will not have to pay to be able to use it.
