ForceVision 3.05 was released on Jul 3, 2005. The current version will run on Windows 98, Me, 2000, NT, XP. Additional system requirements for ForceVision include Pentium II, 64Mb RAM, 2Mb HDD.

ForceVision is a freeware. That means that you will not have to pay to be able to use it.
