Framy_white_frame 3.0 was released on Feb 28, 2005. The current version will run on Windows 2000, XP. Additional system requirements for Framy_white_frame include 3Mb of disk space.

Framy_white_frame is a freeware. That means that you will not have to pay to be able to use it.
