Distributed by mortgage brokers (registered version), Home Budget lets you easily set up and maintain your home budget and keep track of your income and expenditure. Our Home Budget software is designed to help families stay on track with their Line of Credit Home Loan and ultimately reach their financial goals. The program calculates and displays a chart showing how the line of credit loan will reduce over a five-year period by sticking to the budget. Initially set up an annual budget using the step-by-step 'Wizard'. When you receive your loan statement, credit card account or make cash purchases enter these details into the program. Compare the budget to the actual expenditure with the option to print a monthly report. Using the annual budget as a base and allowing for inflation (user defined, initially set to 3% p.a.) the program produces a report and chart showing the predicted reduction of the Line of Credit Home Loan over a 5-year period. For Mortgage Brokers and Finance Professionals, this program can be customised with your corporate image on 3 screens and on the CD cover.

Home Budget 2.2 was released on Mar 22, 2002. The current version will run on Windows 95, 98, Me, XP. Additional system requirements for Home Budget include 486 Processor, 16MB RAM.

Home Budget is a shareware. You will be able to use the evaluation version available for download during a limited period, after what you will have to buy the full version to continue to use Home Budget.
