Great utility for recording details of your homes contents and any other property you may own (with pictures if appropriate). Keep a note of all of your insurance policies and associate them with the property records for easy cross reference. Have all your useful numbers/contacts in one location. Keep track of those planned jobs around the home. See reports showing each locations contained value and total value of all property Location contained value can be useful when considering your home security requirements. Total value can be useful checking that you have adequate home contents insurance. Print hardcopy of any reports generated including full lists for off line reference and storage.

HomeOwner 1.0 was released on Nov 1, 2002. The current version will run on Windows 95, 98, Me, XP. Additional system requirements for HomeOwner include Win95 or higher.

HomeOwner is a shareware. You will be able to use the evaluation version available for download during a limited period, after what you will have to buy the full version to continue to use HomeOwner.

Size of HomeOwner 1.0 download is less than 1898 Kb. DSL users will only need one minute to achieve the download, when 4 minutes may be required when using a 56k modem. (See below to download HomeOwner 1.0).
