IBrowser 1.4 was released on Nov 10, 2002. The current version will run on Windows 95, 98, Me, 2000, NT, XP. Additional system requirements for IBrowser include Pentium 166, 32 MB RAM.

IBrowser is a freeware. That means that you will not have to pay to be able to use it.
