the Beginner to Intermediate IRC User. It allows multi profiles and has many options
that most major irc clients have to offer.

IceChat IRC Client 5.20 was released on May 9, 2004. The current version will run on Windows 95, 98, Me, 2000, NT, XP. Additional system requirements for IceChat IRC Client include Pentium 300 32 MB RAM.

IceChat IRC Client is a freeware. That means that you will not have to pay to be able to use it.
