ICONStudio 5.0 allows you to import, export and change Color Palettes for Icon images. Amaze your friends and family by customizing your Desktop Icons & Cursors with your personal Photos ! You can even create Mouse Icons & Cursors that have your Image or that of your Family and Friends ! You can export icon images to .ico, .bmp, .cur files.
