JumpReg description:

Bookmark registry keys in a menu, accessible from a tray icon. You can directly jump to a saved registry key in Windows RegEdit. Controls to manage keys and add descriptions. 12-JumpReg also allows you to jump to values, copy the currently selected key with one click, or, for example, jump to a key you've copied to the clipboard.

JumpReg 9.70 was released on Feb 4, 2010. The current version will run on Windows XP. Additional system requirements for JumpReg include Windows XP, Pentium 4, 256 MB RAM.

JumpReg is a shareware. You will be able to use the evaluation version available for download during a limited period, after what you will have to buy the full version to continue to use JumpReg.
