LeoPicture description:

LeoPicture provides a convenient instrumentation for manipulating images to broad specter of customers from digital photography amateurs to web designers and scientists.

Enhance, correct colors, zoom, deform and paint in image.

Change brightness, contrast, saturation, sharpness, scale up and filter noise of the whole image or selected area(s).
Fill area with transparent color, change color, add and extract color.
Put text label with selected color and font size and face on image.
Fix red eye.
Heal old documents (lines and text).
Spread the color gamma of the picture.
Zoom, change size, rotate, mirror and deform image.
Switch on a lens cursor for close observation of part of area without zooming whole picture.

LeoPicture 1.3 was released on Oct 5, 2005. The current version will run on Windows 98, Me, 2000, NT, XP. Additional system requirements for LeoPicture include Compact .NET Framework 1.1.

LeoPicture is a commercial software. You will be able to use the evaluation version available for download during a limited period, after what you will have to buy the full version to continue to use LeoPicture.

Size of LeoPicture 1.3 download is less than 282 Kb. DSL users will only need one minute to achieve the download, when 2 minutes may be required when using a 56k modem. (See below to download LeoPicture 1.3).
