Marlin 1.1 was released on Feb 3, 2004. The current version will run on Windows 98, Me, 2000, NT, XP.

Marlin is a freeware. That means that you will not have to pay to be able to use it.

Size of Marlin 1.1 download is less than 3189 Kb. DSL users will only need one minute to achieve the download, when 7 minutes may be required when using a 56k modem. (See below to download Marlin 1.1).
