MB-Ruler 0.9

MB-Ruler description:

A tool to meassure distances and angles on the desktop.
The distances can be meassured in pixel, cm or inch and the angle in radiant or degree.
The ruler is almost transparent so you can have it on the screen, while you are working with the applications below.

MB-Ruler 0.9 was released on May 10, 2002. The current version will run on Windows 95, 98, Me, 2000, NT, XP.

MB-Ruler is a freeware. That means that you will not have to pay to be able to use it.

Size of MB-Ruler 0.9 download is less than 370 Kb. DSL users will only need one minute to achieve the download, when 2 minutes may be required when using a 56k modem. (See below to download MB-Ruler 0.9).
