It uses an IPRO load file as a template to guide the file consolidation. MERGEOCR effectively captures best-practices with regard to OCR text file manipulation, making this otherwise tedious task simple and its outcome consistent, regardless of operator skill level. mergeOCR has been used to process multi-million page batch jobs. If you consider what a litigation vendors would charge for such a task, you can easily see that a small investment in MERGEOCR will pay for itself over and over again.

MergeOCR 3.00 was released on Oct 12, 2008. The current version will run on Windows 2000, NT, XP.
