Compona is a Microsoft Outlook add-on product that allows you to view multiple Outlook calendars. You can define different groups of people whose calendars you want to look at. The calendar appointments can be viewed by day or by week, or a report can be sent to the printer.

Compona helps in managing a group of people and makes it easier to plan future meetings. It can also improve customer service by providing information about when an employee will be available.

Compona is easy to use and includes complete Help information.

For Compona to provide appointment texts it is necessary for everyone to make their calendar readable for the persons who will be using Compona. Otherwise Compona will only show "free/busy" information. Private appointment texts are never displayed, but the appointment itself will be shown as "private".
