Micro-News description:

Starts the Micro-News news portal service which saves you time by placing its features in an uncluttered graphical user interface so you can find what you want when you need it. Features of this service include headline, technology, financial, sports, and entertainment news; search, weather, dictionary, calculator, and calendar tools provided by top Internet third party providers. The program also includes a memory manager and uninstall support.

Micro-News 1.2 was released on Nov 24, 2002. The current version will run on Windows 95, 98, Me, 2000, NT, XP. Additional system requirements for Micro-News include IE 5+ / Win 9x, NT, 2000, ME, XP.

Micro-News is a freeware. That means that you will not have to pay to be able to use it.

Size of Micro-News 1.2 download is less than 378 Kb. DSL users will only need one minute to achieve the download, when 2 minutes may be required when using a 56k modem. (See below to download Micro-News 1.2).
