Mmviewer 2.0 was released on Nov 24, 2002. The current version will run on Windows 95, 98, Me, 2000, NT, XP. Additional system requirements for Mmviewer include 64M RAM.

Mmviewer is a freeware. That means that you will not have to pay to be able to use it.
