Mobile BASIC is the easy way to write your Mobile Phone Programs. With Mobile BASIC you can write Mobile Phone programs within minutes using nothing more than your desktop computer - there is even a Linux / Unix Version.

Features include: Graphics, Sprite Graphics with Sprite Priorities and Collision detection, Integer and Floating Point Arithmetic, String Handling, Trigonometry and Logarithm Functions, Random Access Files, Internet Access and Commands to generate Forms.

The development environment features Syntax Highlighting and Integrated Map Editor, Tile Editor, Image Editor and Help System.

Although Mobile BASIC is primarily used to write Mobile Phone Programs it can also turn the same programs into Website Applets together with the appropriate HTML code. This allows you to showcase your Mobile Phone Programs directly on your Internet Site.

Mobile BASIC 2.1 was released on Aug 16, 2004. The current version will run on Linux.

Mobile BASIC is a commercial software. You will be able to use the evaluation version available for download during a limited period, after what you will have to buy the full version to continue to use Mobile BASIC.
