MusicColor description:

You can experience the music's stereo effect visually while an image changes its colors from its Low End colorful modification through to its another fabulous High End modification.

You can create with no programming image-based JMP music visualizations (MusicColor's propriatory image file type) that may contain tips on the music that is good enough to watch the vis nearby your favorite music player or using a built-in one.

MusicColor 2.5 was released on Oct 8, 2002. The current version will run on Windows 95, 98, Me, NT. Additional system requirements for MusicColor include DirectX, 20 MB free disk space.

MusicColor is a freeware. That means that you will not have to pay to be able to use it.
