NetChimes 1.0 was released on Nov 22, 2002. The current version will run on Windows 95, 98, Me, 2000, NT, XP. Additional system requirements for NetChimes include PHP enabled server, Win95+ desktop.

NetChimes is a freeware. That means that you will not have to pay to be able to use it.
