Pacman3D 1.3 was released on Feb 3, 2005. The current version will run on Windows 95, 98, Me, 2000, NT, XP. Additional system requirements for Pacman3D include P3 300MHz, 16M RAM, 16M Video.

Pacman3D is a shareware. You will be able to use the evaluation version available for download during a limited period, after what you will have to buy the full version to continue to use Pacman3D.
