PhoA description:

This program is absolutely free software allowing to arrange and organize all of your photos and other images the way you can easily find and view them. Software may be distributed on a CD along with the pictures, it does not need to be installed so can be run on any computer running Windows.

PhoA 1.1.2 was released on Feb 7, 2004. The current version will run on Windows 95, 98, Me, 2000, NT, XP. Additional system requirements for PhoA include 3 MB Free hard drive space, 16+ MB RAM.

PhoA is a freeware. That means that you will not have to pay to be able to use it.

Size of PhoA 1.1.2 download is less than 2177 Kb. DSL users will only need one minute to achieve the download, when 5 minutes may be required when using a 56k modem. (See below to download PhoA 1.1.2).
