Pic-Tac-Toe 1.5.1 was released on Oct 16, 2000. The current version will run on Windows 95, 98, Me, 2000, NT, XP. Additional system requirements for Pic-Tac-Toe include 486, 4MB RAM, 1MB disk space, 256+ colors.
