Project Notes description:

Organize and manage any project or daily agenda with notes and reminders. Creates a list
of notes organized by project or subject. Handles multiple projects. The list (to do or
information list) organizes individual notes. You may leave practically any number of
notes and reminders. Notes can contain any textual information. The notes remain organized in the list of project notes or information for easy one click access. Easy access to your notes is also provided through a tray icon.Clicking on the tray icon instantly opens your notes. Projects are saved automatically.Turn notes or information into a reminder by assigning a date with a easy popup calendar good until 9999 (just in case). The organizing list keeps all the notes in order. Notes can be edited, printed or deleted at the click of a button. Whole projects or subjects can be edited, deleted, printed, e-mailed, backed up and secured. When printing the notes from a project the registered owners name can be printed automatically at the bottom of the easy to read formatted list. (From The Desk OF ""). Once a note is assigned a date it is also a reminder and can be accessed with other reminders through the planner as well. The reminders are organized in a list for each date for any day a reminder has been recorded. The daily planner displays important reminders and notes organized by the date. The planner displays the reminders or notes for todays agenda on front when opened. Using the planner any reminder can be accessed, edited, printed or removed. New reminders of any important information not part of a project or subject can be added through the planner. The planner can be instructed to
popup each morning to display reminders left for the new day. The planner can also be displayed at start up. Notes and reminders can be secured by password protection. If unauthorized access is attempted Project notes will not allow uninterrupted attack can sound a alarm, beep and log important details to view or print.

Project Notes 2.0 was released on Dec 20, 2000. The current version will run on Windows 95, 98, Me, 2000, NT. Additional system requirements for Project Notes include Pentium 133 or faster, 32Mb ram, sound card.

Project Notes is a shareware. You will be able to use the evaluation version available for download during a limited period, after what you will have to buy the full version to continue to use Project Notes.
