Project Tracker11 4.01 was released on Jun 5, 2004. The current version will run on Windows 95, 98, Me, 2000, NT, XP. Additional system requirements for Project Tracker11 include 64 meg.

Project Tracker11 is a shareware. You will be able to use the evaluation version available for download during a limited period, after what you will have to buy the full version to continue to use Project Tracker11.
