Quad Block description:

Outwit the computer in this simple but very addictive strategy-logic game. Prevent the game field from filling up with blocks by moving them so they form lines of 4 or more of the same color. The lines are removed, but the computer adds more blocks. THERE NEEDN'T BE A PATH TO THE DESTINATION ! The chosen block is moved along that path to the destination and any new lines formed are removed and you earn points.
After every move you make, the computer adds blocks to the playing field. The number of blocks added depends on the difficulty level choosen. When you remove 7 or more blocks at the same time you earn bombs. Use the bombs to remove blocks. This is especially useful when the game field starts filling up.
You earn points for removing blocks, the more blocks you remove at one time the more points you earn. It's easy to remove 7 blocks at once. It is possible to remove 22 blocks at one time but I have never done it - it's worth a ton of points.

TOP-10 scores are recorded for all difficulty levels. SoundBlaster support for music and sound effects.

Quad Block 1.12 was released on Nov 4, 2006. The current version will run on Windows 95, 98, Me, 2000, NT, XP. Additional system requirements for Quad Block include Pentium or 80486.

Quad Block is a shareware. You will be able to use the evaluation version available for download during a limited period, after what you will have to buy the full version to continue to use Quad Block.

Size of Quad Block 1.12 download is less than 1088 Kb. DSL users will only need one minute to achieve the download, when 2 minutes may be required when using a 56k modem. (See below to download Quad Block 1.12).
