Qur'an Viewer 2.9 was released on Jan 9, 2004. The current version will run on Windows 95, 98, Me, 2000, NT, XP. Additional system requirements for Qur'an Viewer include Minimum Pentium P300, 64Mb RAM.

Qur'an Viewer is a freeware. That means that you will not have to pay to be able to use it.
