Surveyor description:

Surveyortm is a fully web based survey application that enables you to produce and publish surveys and questionnaires on the Internet or your intranet in minutes using a regular web browser.
You create, publish, and manage your surveys through a standard web browser. No need for cumbersome installations on client computers.

Reports are immediatly available after respondents have started answering your survey, and can be displayed directly in your web browser, or exported to other statistical applications for further analysis.

Demo has a limit of 50 respondents per survey.

Surveyor 3.22 was released on Sep 3, 2002. The current version will run on Windows 2000, NT. Additional system requirements for Surveyor include Internet Information Server, SQL Server 7.0 (or later).

Surveyor is a commercial software. You will be able to use the evaluation version available for download during a limited period, after what you will have to buy the full version to continue to use Surveyor.

Size of Surveyor 3.22 download is less than 1043 Kb. DSL users will only need one minute to achieve the download, when 2 minutes may be required when using a 56k modem. (See below to download Surveyor 3.22).
