Topmost Clock description:

Topmost Clock is a transparent desktop clock, which runs on top of all other windows. It may have a digital or analog clock face of various colors, sizes and shapes. It has flexible settings, which allow customizing the clock so that it could be easily seen in any environment, but wouldn't irritate you or overlap with important interface elements.

Topmost Clock 2.1 was released on Sep 10, 2002. The current version will run on Windows 95, 98, Me, 2000, NT, XP.

Topmost Clock is a freeware. That means that you will not have to pay to be able to use it.

Size of Topmost Clock 2.1 download is less than 515 Kb. DSL users will only need one minute to achieve the download, when 2 minutes may be required when using a 56k modem. (See below to download Topmost Clock 2.1).
