TTS Builder Pro 5.5 was released on Apr 30, 2009. The current version will run on Window. Additional system requirements for TTS Builder Pro include Sound Card.

TTS Builder Pro is a shareware. You will be able to use the evaluation version available for download during a limited period, after what you will have to buy the full version to continue to use TTS Builder Pro.
