Financial Analysis For Windows allows analysis of almost any investment involving time and money. These include Mortgage, with Amortization, Retirement, Bonds, Bond Portfolio, Options, Auto Lease, Cash Flows (IRR), T-Bills, CD's, Saving For College, Annuity and several others. Many have 'What-If' analysis with tables and graphs that can be printed. Just select the value to solve, fill in the other values and press 'Calculate' to see the unknown along with many other parameters for the investment. Several modules allow saving and retrieving entered data.
