WinTopMost description:

WinTopMost can put topmost automatically any window and/or disable its
X close button (window's top right corner).
Main features :

WinTopMost 1.2 was released on Dec 5, 2003. The current version will run on Windows 95, 98, Me, 2000, NT, XP.

WinTopMost is a shareware. You will be able to use the evaluation version available for download during a limited period, after what you will have to buy the full version to continue to use WinTopMost.

Size of WinTopMost 1.2 download is less than 1535 Kb. DSL users will only need one minute to achieve the download, when 3 minutes may be required when using a 56k modem. (See below to download WinTopMost 1.2).
